TASTING

Subtle and airy at first taste, the powerful upswuing is impressive, lychee reveals itself as well as mandarin and nectarine notes, in order to offer a pulpy and charming nose.  Very delicate on the palate with a beautiful structure and long lasting aromas.

FOOD AND WINE PAIRING

Syagria Rosé wine will perfectly accompany all sort of seafood, such as spicy potted fish, anchovy purée and other specialities from Provence. Delicious with mussels and sea urchin. This type of wine will match perfectly with asian specialities such as sushis and sashimis.

Superb with a Carpaccio de Saint Pierre fish, spring onions and leeks on a citrus vinaigrette.
